Starting out with hard bop legends like Art Blakey when he was barely out of high school, Keith Jarrett went on to record with the epochal electric bands of Miles Davis during the early ‘70s. Later on though, Jarrett also began to play epic, marathon and entirely improvised solo concerts that blurred the line between jazz and classical. This playlist provides an overview of this virtuoso's extraordinary solo career.
