Rising within the stacked Rimas Entertainment roster is no small feat, but Jotaerre appears more than up for the challenge on his follow-up to LUNA AZUL EN TOKYO. Nearly twice as long as its 2023 predecessor, TODO ESTÁ BIEN sees the young Puerto Rican artist furthering the trajectory of his KAROL G-assisted breakout “Un Viaje” from some two years prior towards fresh new sounds. Not entirely unlike his labelmate Bad Bunny, he crosses between genres freely and eagerly for this 15-song summer-centric set. “Mi LV” throws it back to sandungueos past, while “KiNoHi” and the salacious “SuRFeRiTa” stay mainly in a more modern reggaetón mode. The underlying rhythms get less conventional yet remain reliably club-ready on “BaMBoO BeACh” and “CoNMiGo Te SaLeN CuErNos”, the beats accenting his corresponding lyrics’ romantic provocations. Towards the album’s end, the pop-rock pivot of “No Se CoRReR Sk8” and “Tu AMiGO FieL” presents yet another facet of his sonic repertoire, finishing with the breezy, reggae-fied send-off “El VeRaNo Se ACaBó”.
