Recently he’s hewed to concepts like the Sauce Ghetto Gospel series (rapping exclusively over gospel samples), but DAT BOY DEN sticks to Sauce Walka’s bread and butter: strip-club-friendly country-rap tunes, bellowed with Tasmanian Devil bluster. Just when you think you’ve heard every flex under the sun, Walka’s good for a few new ones—on “Rollin’ In,” he develops scoliosis from a four-pound Cuban link chain.
