Her third album is the straight-up samba album that Maria Rita, daughter of the late Elis Regina, was born to make. Her voice’s cool elegance—already evident on her earlier pop albums—is accented by a swinging acoustic band. Instead of standards, she does new and original songs. She's gently flirtatious on the title song, accompanied by a lone guitar. "Tá Perdoado" rocks smoothly, while "Trajetória" is the kind of aching love ballad that no samba album should be without.
