Alex Winston

A cherubically soulful, opera-trained singer and songwriter, Alex Winston makes intelligent, technicolored pop that weaves together psychedelic indie rock, folk, and dance traditions. She first garnered buzz with her 2011 Sister Wife EP, drawing well-earned comparisons to artists like Kate Bush, PJ Harvey, and Joanna Newsom. In 2012, she delivered her full-length debut, King Con. Following her 2021 electro-pop side project Post Precious with MS MR's Max Hershenow, she returned with her sophomore album Bingo! in 2024.
