In the artist’s words: Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Away From the Noise” This is the first single from my first full-length album. It means so much to me, it really represents who I am as a producer & the joy & love I have for music. I had the lyrics for this song for so long & finally found a home for them on this beat. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? DJ Jazzy Jeff’s playlist retreat was an unbelievable experience! To be surrounded by legends, to get to collaborate with & meet so many new people, to hear & share stories & listen to interviews with some of my biggest inspirations... it was a dream! Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? So many collaborations are on my musical bucket list! To name just a few - Georgia Anne Muldrow, Emily King, Nai Palm, Alex Isley, and Erykah Badu! I also dream of performing at Red Rocks with my band Moonchild.
