In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I wasn't able to sight read in the orchestra (i played the violin) when I was eight and I could only play the songs learning them by ear. One of my teachers was impressed by my abilities and gifted me a keyboard- I then knew that was my instrument. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Frou Frou, Details Halsey, BADLANDS (Deluxe Edition) The 1975, The 1975 (Deluxe Version) Halsey was the first artist I properly got into as a teenager, I was drawn in by the glitchy & interesting production. The 1975 defined my teenage and young adult years and Details inspired me to experiment with my own production and vocals. Tell us why you chose this song. “Heya” I wrote this song in lockdown 1, it was the first complete song I produced myself and the lyrics really take me back to the isolation of being stuck indoors and being left alone after a breakup but also the exiting development of liking someone new.
