In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. When I was a kid my brother played drums in a punk band. I remember going to dingy, blacked out bars to see him play to 14 people with green hair & jeans with legs the size of tree trunks. It was amazing. Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Overalls & Mini-malls” I wrote this with some of my closest friends in high-rise office building overlooking detroit's skyline. I wrote it about the feeling of cruising around with nothing to do & how thing most magical things can come about when you let yourself be bored. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Playing my first sold-out show out of state. Some of you drove 8hrs to see me sing my silly little songs. I'll never forget it. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? Get good at drums, tour in japan, do more events with listeners face-to-face outside of a venue.
