In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I went with my Mom to hear Burt Bacharach in concert with a full orchestra. I must have been about twelve years old and I had never experienced a live concert featuring full orchestra before. It had a lasting impact on me that I’ve never forgotten. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Anouar Brahem, Souvenance Jimmy Webb, Ten Easy Pieces The Blue Nile, A Walk Across the Rooftops Great songs simply but brilliantly performed by Jimmy in his prime. Evocative and completely unique played by Anouar and two other brilliant musicians. Moody songwriting by a great Scottish band. Tell us why you chose this song. “Quo Vadis (Where are You Going)” I love how the various sections of the song weave in and out seamlessly with each other. I think the music really takes the listener on a journey to another place. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? A concert performed in Neuschwanstein Castle, Bavaria with Brian Dunning, Janet Chvatal and Marc Gremm. Magical! Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? Yeah, I’d like to create a music video with National Geographic that took viewers to many of the places in this world that have so inspired me.
