In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I have always been fascinated by music. I remember being about 5 or 6 and building my own guitar out of rubber bands and cardboard and recording myself on my Grandma's tape deck. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Chilled Cow, LoFi Girl Chill Hop - EP Lo Fi Hip Hop, Casiio X Sleepermane - EP Various Artists, Tribute To Jun IV (Nujabes Tribute) I really enjoy the relaxing feeling of Lofi music, which is why I started producing it myself. It felt so good to get away from the traditional musician/ producer mentality of doing the most hardcore thing possible and instead focus on being chill. Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “When She Smiles” This song is special to me because I let my youngest child help pick the sounds and my 12 year old help pick out which bass line I should play. It was fun to get the kids involved. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? I am just really grateful to be able to make music the way we can in 2023 and beyond. The process has just become so easily accessible and the possibilities of what I can do at home with minimal gear are literally infinite Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I am a very humble person and I am just getting started in my musical journey. For me right now I would love to say I made it to a few Apple Music editorial playlists. Apple music is just so well respected.
