In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. As a child, I can remember putting on musical performances for my families at Christmas time; or during family dinners. A childishly shameless desire to entertain through singing, dancing or even acting. It was something that made me feel alive. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? COIN, I'm Not Afraid Of Music Anymore Phoebe Bridgers, Punisher The 1975, Notes On A Conditional Form These albums just hits us straight in the feels. The tender vocals and lofi-esk production provokes some seriously deep reflection about life, love, heartbreak & childhood. We’ve grown with these albums & in a way they feel part of my emotional DNA. Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “GOOD THING” This is the first song that truly encapsulated finding my unique indie sound. Creating the track was a cathartic realisation that all good things in music and life take time & patience. Overall it’s an upbeat, warm track about changing perspective. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Being played on international radio was an incredibly special moment to share with friends and fans. Another highlight has been our music video for ULTRAVIOLET being featured on MTV Hits and Rage which I used to watch as a kid on Saturday mornings. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? We’d love to play a festival overseas! But if that’s not an option we’d love to go bungee jumping over a crocodile infested canyon just for kicks of course!
