Los Angeles native Neriah has a knack for spinning heartbreak into confessional, ear-catching pop songs. Early tracks like "Loner" and "2008" fused piano balladry with light electronic flourishes, though she later broke out with a more expansive pop sound on 2022's viral hit "Lego Blocks" and "Unfinished Business," the latter from her second EP, How Do I Get Clean? She continued to channel her emotions into the intimate alt-pop of 2023's No One Cries Forever EP.
