In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I began singing at 6 years old in my home church. My mother and aunts had a singing group therefore singing has always been a part of my life. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? CeCe Winans, Believe For It CeCe is a friend, mentor and I was also her first praise and worship leader at her church. The project has such a rich sound, great songs that have reached listeners throughout the world. Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Wait (Radio Edit)” Wait was my first #1 Billboard song and continues to touch listeners throughout the world. The song was never playlisted so It has so much more potential but no matter where I am people tell me how that song haas impacted and blessed them. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Reaching #1 Billboard and performing "Wait" on BET for millions to be hear it and experience the song through my performance. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? Absolutely! I would love to continue to tour internationally and allow my music to be heard to listeners throughout the world. I love how music is universally received and to have my music impact the lives of listeners is amazing.
