In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. The album Rubber Soul by The Beatles is one of my dad's favourite records that he played a lot when I was a baby, so this was imprinted on my brain from a very young age. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Plini, Sweet Nothings - EP Tom Misch, Geography Tycho, Dive All three of these albums hold a special place in my heart as I listened to them all respectively at particularly happy periods of my life. They're also a good reference point style and mood wise of the kind of music I strive to create. Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Fruit Crush (feat. Owane)” I think this is just straight up the catchiest tune I've ever written. The two main hooks came to me very naturally and intuitively and never changed from the first time I played them, I've never quite been able to recreate that. And of course Owane. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Collaborating with not just Owane and later Jack Gardiner was very special- they are both a huge inspiration to me so to have worked with both of them was a joyful and humbling experience. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? Collaborate with more of my heroes and also maybe play live one day.
