Satélite

Satélite is an electronica act that formed in 1998 by vocalist Jamie Perlman and Puerto Rican guitarist Rick Deliz. In 1999, Argentinean drummer Ronnie Buder and Mexican bassist Moisés Baqueiro joined the band. Satélite has been able to perform to different audiences, taking advantage of being a bilingual act mixing Spanish and English and doing shows along with well-known Latin bands such as Illya Kuryaki and the Valderramas and Bloque. In the year 2000, Satélite was awarded at the ASCAP Latin Awards as Best Independent Rock Band and started touring Puerto Rico. Ilumina appeared in early 2001. ~ Drago Bonacich
