About The Devil Wears Prada
Hailing from Dayton, Ohio, The Devil Wears Prada is a Christian metalcore band that has incorporated space rock and heavy metal into their music. ∙ One of the group’s most popular songs is a cover of Big Tymers’ hip-hop hit “Still Fly,” which appeared on the 2008 compilation Punk Goes Crunk. ∙ Both 2009’s With Roots Above and Branches Below and 2011’s Dead Throne debuted at No. 1 on Billboard’s Christian Albums and Independent Albums charts. ∙ The Devil Wears Prada won Band of the Year in 2009’s Alternative Press readers poll, leading to an appearance on the magazine’s cover. ∙ Killswitch Engage guitarist Adam Dutkiewicz coproduced 2013’s 8:18, and Dan Korneff (Paramore and Breaking Benjamin) cohelmed 2016’s Transit Blues.
