In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. Hearing Sly and The Family Stone and Motown songs when was probably 3 or 4 years old in a car seat. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Curtis Mayfield, Curtis/Live! Live @ Bitter End, NYC Linda Jones, Hits Anthology Wilson Pickett, The Sound of Wilson Pickett These albums and artists have all deeply affected my musicality and musicianship. In their own was they each contain deep and slow soul gems and music that touches my heart. Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Good Weed & Red Wine” This song is our first single since 2021 and it marks a new beginning for the band. It's production shows our maturity, but the resulting track still has the joy and energy of our early years together. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? On our first tour of Europe in 2023 we found ourselves playing in from of a Duomo on the town piazza. We had a captive and truly generous audience. We felt a special connection that night. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? We would love to keep touring and reach as much of the world as we can.
