Adnan Sami has played the piano since the age of five, composing his first piece of music when he was nine. He learned more than 35 musical instruments and received formal training in Indian classical music from the santoor maestro Pandit Shivkumar Sharma. Merging Asian and Western music styles and instrumentation, his track “Kabhi to Nazar Milao” with Asha Bhosle was an instant hit.
