Songwriter Keina Suda laces breezy melodies with bittersweet wonder. He grew up listening to Maroon 5, Jamiroquai and Porno Graffitti and played the drums in junior high school before pivoting to guitar at Kunitachi College of Music. He began streaming his covers in 2013 and an immersion in Vocaloid composition culture led to solo success in 2017. His songs are a dreamy alt-pop rush, where airy, jazz-infused backdrops are bolstered by achingly poignant lyricism.
