Sez on the Beat Essentials

The producer behind India’s rap resurgence has crafted tracks as diverse as Ahmer’s political battle cry “Elaan” and “G Maane”, an industry exposé driven by Prabh Deep’s smooth flow. After helming DIVINE and Naezy’s “Mere Gully Mein”, which fronted hit movie Gully Boy, Sez on the Beat partnered with music exec Faizan Khan to found The MVMNT, a collective on a mission to find India’s sharpest new voices. Their first EP, New Kids on the Block, Vol. 1, fulfils this promise in showcasing fresh verses from the likes of NoNation, D₹V and Luck with the beatsmith’s inimitable backing.
