Blind Boys of Alabama Essentials

With various incarnations dating back to the '40s, The Blind Boys of Alabama are an American institution. After spending their first several decades dominating the gospel scene with soul-stirring spirituals, the group found an entirely new audience in the '00s after signing with Peter Gabriel's Real World Records. Besides collaborating with that former Genesis frontman, the GRAMMY® and Dove Award winners also joined Ben Harper on multiple projects, concurrently expanding their harmony-ripe repertoire with R&B and rock covers, alongside uplifting originals.
