𝗝𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗲𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝗬𝗔𝗦𝗗𝗔'𝘀 𝗵𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆: 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝟵𝟬𝘀 - 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝟮 Welcome back to our history journey. Last time we entered the 90s, and today we want to take a closer look at the second half of that decade. The second half begins with a significant achievement: Yukihiko Yasuda, the company's president at the time, was awarded the "the Medal with yellow Ribbon Award" by the government for his diligence and perseverance in inventing a high-precision machining center. During this period of growth, YASDA developed four new machines. The well-established YBM series continued to expand: the YBM 660 N machining center was introduced in 1996, followed by the YBM 1218 CNC jig borer in 1998. But that wasn't all. In the same year, YASDA developed its first CNC gear grinding machine, the GT30, marking a new direction for the company. As we approached the end of the century, YASDA celebrated its 70th anniversary with the introduction of the H30i machining center, the forerunner of today's H40i machining center.
