This week our Mediahub U.K. team was on the ground at Campaign UK’s #MediaWeekLive! Bringing together the best and brightest in media to inspire and empower early-career professionals— our team returned buzzing with ideas. From left to right: Tate Turner’s key takeaway from the event was about the importance of making space for industry networking to broaden your experience and ideas. Aadil Hushye enjoyed hearing about how to future-proof careers and create meaningful impact. Bethany Moore related to the discussions about more holistic approaches to media planning. "As technology and ideology evolve, staying cutting edge means constantly reassessing our strategies." Pranjali Gaonkar summed up the day perfectly: "adaptability is everything. From forming meaningful connections to navigating shifts like sustainability, the ability to stay curious and open to change is what will keep us ahead." Archit Dhawan reflected on the importance of standing out in a rapidly changing environment. "Learning from industry leaders like Rak Patel, Channel 4 sparked new thinking about the future direction of media and how we can shape it." Berta Kinyik was inspired by the idea of treating change as oxygen. In a world driven by AI and shifting consumer behaviors, "it’s about continuously developing our skills."
