Thanks to your generosity, we collected over 60 kg of cat food and nearly 180 kg of dog food. A special thank you to Norma De Jesús (Projects) and Daniela Sánchez (Human Resources), who delivered the donations and brought our solidarity directly to those in need. The organizations Cattus😺 and Mestizos sin fronteras 🐶 were the recipients of this donation. These organizations are dedicated to the rescue, care, and well-being of stray animals. In PWO Mexico, the 5S methodology is essential for fostering a safe and efficient work environment. The 5S are a Japanese technique based on five principles: Seiri (Sorting), Seiton (Order), Seiso (Cleaning), Seiketsu (Standardization), and Shitsuke (Discipline). These principles aim to optimize workspaces, reduce waste, and improve quality. The Human Resources team conducted a reflection activity focused on order and cleanliness, experiencing firsthand how these elements simplify and optimize our daily tasks. Through a hands-on exercise with building blocks, they aligned their work with our standards and confirmed that order drives productivity, reduces time waste, and reinforces safety in every process.
