I stayed at this hotel for one Month on business. We had over 200 Consultants in town. Which means the hotel was booked. Cleanliness was the first thing I noticed. The staff were great. I'm a person who leaves her key in her room often. There was never an issue the front desk staff was always friendly and welcoming. Even though I knew I may have gotten on their nerves. It never showed. The breakfast was good. They had red velvet waffles you could make as well as other kinds. The red Velvet was good. I had to write a review to speak about the two housekeepers on my floor. Sam and Terri. I hate to get my room clean when I'm not there. So I do not get it cleaned often. One day I came into the hotel after work. When I got to my floor #2 I said it smelled funny. Sam heard me and said Ma'am I will have the carpet cleaned. Not even 20 mins later. A gentleman was cleaning the carpet on the floor. After my 14th day, I asked Sam to clean my room. I've been traveling for work for over ten years. I can't remember the last time. A Housekeeping perfection. Cleaned my room so well. She not only cleaned. Had it smelling amazing. She dusted the furniture. Just cleaned everything you could imagine. Today I started to hang out a little bit before work. that when I saw Terri on her hands and knees cleaning these rooms with perfection and care! I have a phobia about hotels. I have stayed in so many upscale hotels that had bedbugs or just were filthy. Meaning just cleaned to the eye. Not sanitized these people here! Sam and Terri! They Clean Clean and Sanitize! I don't know the man's name that cleaned the carpet but I want to say thank you! He got on it quickly! This i a great hotel to stay at and bring your family!!! Thank You, Sam and Terri! You gave me hope to trust that most people love their job and take it seriously!! it's very serious!! PS from a person with high anxiety due to staying in unclean hotels

The hotel wasn't bad overall. When we arrived they gave us a room on the 2nd floor. When we took the elevator to the 2nd floor the air freshener smell just about took our breath away. Once we got in our room there was still a very strong air freshener smell, a different chemical but very strong. Both my wife and I almost couldn't sleep it was soo strong. I am a mechanic and am used to chemical smells, but this was over the top strong. Come to find out that this was the floor they put pets on and they used strong fresheners to mask the pet odors. The next morning we walked up to the 2nd floor and no smells. We walked down to the check-in desk and asked if we could stay the next night on the 3rd floor. They did have a room and were nice enough to move us up there. The room was great with no odors. Just wish we had known and they could have put us there the first night. I wonder if the hotel should just go ahead and put guests without pets on a different floor. My wife and I love dogs and dog owners just not sure if we should have to live with all the chemical smells of Pet Odor eliminators especially used at this level. Am sure the hotel is forced to use this cover up the urine smells. All in all they were accommodating so I can't give them a bad rating.

Had family members come to town for a family event, and their booking fell through. Was able to get them. This room had a pretty affordable rate. Pros: super clean room! Smell, clean, dust, free, felt confident in them staying there. Keurig, coffee maker, furniture in good repair. Cons: the pool is really nice, but not as pretty as in the pictures. Simply the paint is faded on a lot of the kids water features. There was a hole in the room where the toilet paper dispenser was. Looks like they wanted to work on it, but they could not keep up with bookings. Also, they are using a great opportunity next to the breakfast bar, you can see boy restaurant space is located, including at 12 tap, beer dispenser. I recommend that you get this restaurant up and running and start serving alcohol. The hotel will go up in value and become even more popular good stay, close to the beach, far enough away from the tourist attractions that it’s a quiet stay. I’d stay there too
