After 3 weeks of starting our outsourcing agency, we have started to implement a cold outreach campaign with Instantly.ai after sending roughly 1,000 emails manually ourselves. Out of the 1.4k emails that were sent, 13% were opened. Needless to say the reply rate is rather low and therefore we would need to take a look the leads that we were targeting, subject of our email and the email content. We would aim to improve this as we go to try bring awareness to more of our potential clients of how much they could save by outsourcing their administrative tasks to us. Other than that, we also have taken a look into cold calling where we have been seeing the most success with at the moment. 88 Calls, 7 Interested. Proposals are sent out and now waiting for their response. Really exciting times and props to the team for the hard work👏🏼 Let's see where we will be in 3 months time🔥
