DIALOG attended the inaugural Annual Johor Investment Summit in Singapore organised by Johor Corporation, an event to showcase the transformative developments within the Johor-Singapore Special Economic Zone (JS-SEZ), positioning the region as a strategic hub for foreign direct investment. Our Executive Deputy Chairman, Mr Chan Yew Kai, had the privilege of speaking at the close-knit engagement attended by C-suite investors. Mr Chan shared about DIALOG’s 40-year journey, highlighting the Group’s evolution and growth since its founding and noting that its presence in Johor represents DIALOG’s biggest investment to date. Also present was our Executive Chairman, Tan Sri Dr. Ngau Boon Keat, underscoring DIALOG’s commitment to Johor’s economic progress as the Group expands its efforts and innovation, especially in the midstream and downstream business, to contribute to sustainable growth in the state.

We are pleased to announce that DIALOG Terminals Langsat (3) Sdn. Bhd. (DTL3) will be expanding its storage facilities for an additional 150,000 m3 storage for renewable and petroleum products at its terminal in Tanjung Langsat, Johor, Malaysia. The first 100,000 m3 is dedicated to EcoCeres Limited, a subsidiary of EcoCeres Inc. and the remaining 50,000 m3 is expected to be leased to third party customers such as multinational companies and trading houses. The expansion is expected to be completed in Q1 FY2027. The development is in response to growing investor interest in low-carbon fuel alternatives. It is also in line with DIALOG’s low-carbon economy transition under our Climate Change Strategy as part of ongoing efforts to expand product and solution offering to support the growth and development in the sustainable and renewable sector. DIALOG achieved another milestone in our digital transformation journey by successfully launching the Terminal 360 Viewer at DIALOG Terminals Pengerang 5. This interactive tool offers an immersive experience through a virtual tour and a bird-eye view of the terminal. Stakeholders can remotely explore our terminal's infrastructure, operations and technical capabilities. Being the digital twin of the terminal, users can now seamlessly refer to the Viewer and discuss daily matters such as Permit-to-work, Management of Change (MOC), contractor site show rounds and even during incident investigations. Moreover, customers and investors can assess the terminal's potential with added professionalism. The introduction of this application demonstrates the Group’s commitment to Digital Transformation and the efforts of our Digital & Technology department and DIALOG Terminals team in enhancing our operations and adapting to the digital landscape.
