We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Logistics & Documentation Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong understanding of logistics operations, documentation processes, and a passion for efficiency. Job Overview: The Logistics & Documentation Executive will be responsible for managing the day-to-day logistics operations, ensuring accurate and timely documentation, and coordinating the movement of goods. You will play a critical role in maintaining smooth supply chain processes and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. Responsibilities: *Oversee the coordination of logistics activities, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management. *Ensure the preparation, maintenance, and filing of all logistics-related documents such as invoices, customs declarations, shipping documents, and delivery receipts. *Monitor shipment schedules, track deliveries, and resolve any issues related to the logistics process. *Communicate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods. *Ensure compliance with all local and international shipping regulations and customs procedures. *Liaise with carriers and freight forwarders to negotiate costs, shipping terms, and delivery timelines. *Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all shipments and documentation in both physical and digital formats. *Assist in the preparation of reports related to logistics performance, inventory levels, and shipping costs. *Provide timely updates to management on the status of logistics operations and any potential disruptions. Qualifications: *Bachelor's degree in Logistics, SCM, Business Administration, or related field. (Proven experience (2+ years) in logistics, documentation, or supply chain management. *Familiarity with logistics software and documentation tools (e.g., SAP, TMS, WMS). *Strong knowledge of customs regulations and international shipping practices. *Excellent organizational and time-management skills. *Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. *Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving. *Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Preferred Skills: *Experience with import/export processes and customs clearance. *Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). *Knowledge of hazardous materials handling and shipping (if applicable).
