As we step into 2025, FiLLiP Sdn Bhd had the distinct honor of attending the Forum Ekonomi Malaysia on 9th January 2025 at the KLCC Convention Centre. At the start of 2025, FiLLiP Sdn Bhd had the privilege of participating in the International Regulatory Conference (IRC) 2025, which took place at the prestigious Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur on 7th & 8th January. The event was graciously hosted by the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) and brought together a dynamic group of global experts, regulators, industry leaders, and key stakeholders to discuss the future of digital communication, innovation, and regulatory frameworks. Throughout the two-day conference, the discussions focused on the rapid evolution of technology and the crucial role that regulatory frameworks play in ensuring a secure, connected, and innovative digital future. With topics spanning emerging technologies, cybersecurity, 5G development, and digital connectivity, IRC 2025 provided an invaluable platform for knowledge exchange and collaboration. On the closing day of IRC 2025 (8th January 2025), our Executive Director Juliza Tee had the distinct honor of meeting and engaging with the Deputy Minister of Communications, YB Nie Ching Teo.
