GoBarakah in its Super Go mode 😆 Recently gotten the opportunity to represent GoBarakah in Indonesia at World Zakat and Waqf Forum This event, co-organized by Minister of Religious Affairs (Indonesia), Bank Indonesia, Badan Amil Zakat Nasional (BAZNAS) and Badan Wakaf Indonesia, has been a long stride forward for GoBarakah and I. Having met multiple stakeholders throughout the conference, it’s obvious that a new way of giving is needed. I have taken the initiative to understand better the pain points of different stakeholders in social assistance landscape. It was great to meet some of the industry-leaders from all across the world including Mohd Yusri Yusof Mazlina Saidi rohani mohd shahir Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mohd Yaziz Mohd Isa Umar Munshi Jamil Abbas among others. Also worth mentioning how supportive the government of Malaysia is, particularly Dato Setia Dr. Mohd Naim Mokhtar and the team.
