【沙巴光伏开展消防安全培训，增强各部门应急响应能力】 ⛑ 为提升公司整体消防安全意识，强化各部门的火灾防控和应急处理能力，沙巴光伏于2024年11月7日、8日举办了为期两天的消防安全培训活动。本次培训覆盖各个部门，确保每个部门至少派出一名员工参与学习，之后在各自部门内开展转训，以进一步扩大消防安全知识的普及和实操技能的推广。 此次消防培训的主要目的是增强员工对消防安全重要性的认识，提高大家在火灾发生时的应急反应和救援能力，从而保障公司生产环境的安全稳定。本次培训包括消防安全理论知识讲解、灭火器和消防栓的操作演练、火场逃生技能学习等多个实用性强的环节。通过理论和实践相结合的方式，参训员工不仅学习到火灾预防的知识，还掌握了基本的灭火器具使用方法和逃生技能。 参训员工表示，通过本次培训，进一步理解了日常工作中做好消防防控的重要性，并掌握了遇到突发火灾时的自救和他救的基本方法。下一步，各部门参训员工将把本次学习内容带回部门，以“转训”的形式传达给更多同事，力争实现全员掌握消防安全知识、共同构筑坚实的消防安全防线的目标。 本次消防安全培训标志着公司在安全管理体系上的又一进步。沙巴光伏始终秉持“安全生产，人人有责”的理念，未来将继续加大安全培训力度，为员工提供更为安全的工作环境，确保公司安全生产的顺利进行。 [Fire Safety Training at SBH Kibing Solar to Enhance Departmental Emergency Response Capabilities] ⛑ To strengthen overall fire safety awareness and improve fire prevention and emergency response skills within each department, SBH Kibing Solar conducted a two-day fire safety training program on November 7-8, 2024. Each department was required to send at least one representative to participate, who will subsequently deliver training sessions within their respective departments to further expand fire safety knowledge and operational readiness. The primary objective of this training was to increase employees' understanding of the importance of fire safety, enhance their responsiveness in case of fire incidents, and ensure a safe and stable production environment. The sessions covered essential fire safety concepts, hands-on practice with fire extinguishers and hydrants, and fire escape skills. Combining theoretical instruction with practical exercises, participants not only learned about fire prevention but also gained proficiency in using firefighting equipment and practicing effective escape techniques. Participants expressed that the training underscored the significance of fire prevention in daily operations and equipped them with basic self-rescue and assistance skills for emergency situations. Moving forward, trained employees will conduct "follow-up" training within their departments to share the knowledge with colleagues, working towards the goal of company-wide fire safety awareness and establishing a strong safety foundation. This fire safety training marks another advancement in the company’s safety management system.
