An MOU exchange ceremony between 𝐓𝐀𝐌 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐁𝐞𝐢𝐣𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐒𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐲 (𝐁𝐀𝐒𝐓) was held on 9 December 2024. The MOU was signed by TAM President Ts. Tung and BAST Vice President Ms. Li Xin. The event was witnessed by TAM Deputy President Ts. Louis, Vice President Ts. Alex Poo, Honorary Secretary Mr. Poh, Penang Branch Chair Ts. Soon, Kedah/Perlis Branch Chair Prof. Dr. Ts. Cheng, along with Ts. Lance, Ts. Edwin, and Prof. Dr. Ts. Khor.

On 𝟕 𝐒𝐞𝐩𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟒, a dialogue session between the 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐌𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐲𝐬𝐢𝐚 (𝐓𝐀𝐌) and the 𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐌𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐲𝐬𝐢𝐚 (𝐈𝐄𝐌) took place at the GETD Room, Bangunan Ingenieur, Petaling Jaya.  The session focused on discussing professional issues faced by both organizations, potential collaborations with MBOT, and future joint activities.  Representatives from TAM, including President Ts. Tung Chee Kuan, and IEM, led by President Ir. Prof. Dr. Jeffrey Chiang Choong Luin, attended the dialogue. The event concluded with a token presentation and a photo session.
