On 30 August 2024, we celebrate Malaysia's National Day (Merdeka) at Tamura Malaysia with great pride and unity. Colleagues dressed in traditional national attire, reflecting the diverse spirit of our nation. The event was led by our Managing Director, Mr. Kong Jon Yuen, who highlighted the significance of 67 years of independence. Each department participated enthusiastically, and we proudly sang "Jalur Gemilang," our national anthem. The celebration ended with a powerful moment as we all shouted "Merdeka" seven times, honoring the historic declaration made by our first Prime Minister in 1957. The opening ceremony was honored by the presence of Mr. Nanjo, Advisor to Tamura Corporation, who emphasized the strategic importance of this office in strengthening our global presence. Dear Tamura LinkedIn community. Good Day. On 5 May 24, Sunday, our company held the SUKTEM 1H2024 event at Frenzy Sport Arena, Shah Alam. The game we held this time was Futsal. Futsal is a game that test skills and adaptability, in which employees can effectively cultivate the spirit of tolerance and encourage them to pursue dream by think outside the box with creative's play rule. On the day of the competition, employees were divided into 4 team, namely Red, Yellow, Green and Blue. However, the competition is divided into 2 categories, they are men team and women team. The rules of the competition play an important role for these 4 teams of contestants to compete with each other teams. At the beginning stage, each team will send 8 male participant and 8 female participant. There are 5 players and 3 substitute. During the game, there is a referee on the stage to ensure all player follow the rules and act as a timekeeper to start, pause and record the game. One team will start kick off at the center and match begin until player score. League point count as which team score 3 points win, 1 point draw; 0 point lose. Total point maximum is 1000 point. After several hours of continuous competition, some team score while some lost. But the most important is the sense of responsibility of employees try their limit to strive for good scores and care for their teammate.
