Additionally, this year the hotel are dedicated to partnering with prestigious partners to further enhance our service quality. Following that, our Director of Human Resources, Vivian Tan, shared insights on CSR programs, training and development, emphasizing our focus on associates engagement for year 2025. We also took the opportunity to recognize excellence, honoring recipients of the 5-Year Service Award, Q4 Best Host, Best Emerging Leader, and Best Leader. Day 1: Engaged our EXCOM and HOD's to establish leadership-driven strategies. Day 2: Brought together middle managers, supervisors, and departmental trainers to cascade these practices throughout the organization. This Training Focuses on , 🎨 Understanding Yourself: Leveraging Alison’s unique Color Communication Tools to deepen self-awareness, self reflection, master emotional management, practice empathy and develop growth mindset, essential for leading teams and delighting guests. 🤝 Empathy in Action: Role-playing scenarios as both staff and guests to view experiences through the guest’s eyes, fostering personalized and empathetic service delivery. 🛠️ L.E.A.R.N.
