Sit this one out—your health comes first 💧 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘆 𝗛𝘆𝗱𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱: Sip water wisely; balance is key 👟 𝗚𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗨𝗽: Wear comfortable running shoes and weather-appropriate attire During the Race 🏋️♀️ 𝗪𝗮𝗿𝗺-𝗨𝗽: Arrive early to stretch and prepare those muscle 🗺️ 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘆 𝗼𝗻 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗸: Follow the signs—shortcuts can wait for another day! 🏃🏃♀ 𝗣𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳: Go at a comfortable pace.
