Business Development Executive

Job responsibilities:

• Drive business growth by identifying and pursuing new market opportunities.
• Develop a strong network of contacts to attract and secure new clients.
• Promote the company’s products and services to potential clients.
• Oversee and manage growth projects, including sales forecasting and revenue projections.
• Maintain confidentiality to protect the organization’s value.
• Enhance the company’s reputation by taking ownership of unique requests and tasks.
• Prepare proposals and presentations, and manage client communications.
• Attend industry events and trade shows to build relationships and promote the brand.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year in business development, sales, or marketing; experience in the kitchen cabinet or interior design industry is an advantage.
• Strong business development and sales growth techniques, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage complex projects and multitask effectively.
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance and handle uncertainty.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Enthusiastic about the company’s mission and growth potential
• Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
