Regional Human Resources Project Manager

Role Responsibilities:

• Support and deliver a proactive and engaging business focused HR service to enhance overall HR activities with business and employees.
• Work in close partnership with HRs across APAC to learn trends on how to support the business through Strategic People Initiatives.
• Plan, coordinate, track and monitor HR projects and events including employee development, performance management, employee relations etc.
• Define and measure success through data analysis.
• Partner with the regional HR and HR Services teams to consolidate employee feedback and identify the areas of improvement.
• Support other ad-hoc assignments & projects as needed.

Role Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in relevant discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in an agile and hyper growth environment.
• Ability to story tell through crisp PowerPoint design and presentation skills， with the ability to captivate and engage audience.
• Strong business and HR acumen including creative problem solving skills and critical thinking.
• Well-organized, a self-starter with enthusiasm and initiative and data driven mindset.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English, Mandarin is a plus to communicate with Mandarin speaking stakeholders.
