As our Human Resources Team Lead you will serve as the subject matter expert in the areas of Employee Lifecycle Management, Learning Administration, Compensation and Benefits, Time and Attendance, Payroll.

What You'll Do:

• A leadership role where the incumbent will coach and guide the team to meet operational and individual’s development plan.
• As an escalation point of contact in the areas of employee lifecycle management, learning administration, compensation and benefits, time and attendance as well as payroll issues.
• Participates in various Internal or Business Groups initiatives related to process
• Involves in continuous improvement initiative implementation that aligns with the organizations’ objective.

What We're Looking For:

• Candidates must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources/Business-related course.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in delivering HR processes.
• A proven leader capable of inspiring team members to continuously develop their skills and knowledge.
• Familiarity with SAP system and exposure in shared services industry will be an added advantage.
• Strong time management, leadership, and communication skills.
