B2 Boutique & Budget Hotel is conveniently located on the main road, making it easy to access. It is away from the busy town centre with quiet and peaceful surroundings. The reception area was well decorated and lively. The hotel room is quite spacious, clean, and has all the basic amenities. The check-in process was fast and efficient. The hotel workers were courteous and friendly. There is sufficient parking area for the guests.

Workshop well hosted by Centra and impressive hospitality and service. Great creativity and presentation especially with tea snack options as well as meals. Rooms were clean and hotel location ideal as across major shopping space -Robbinson’s Mall. Would suggest upgrade of bathtubs to walk-in showers. Otherwise great service in all departments and appreciated the concessions on altered bookings with unforeseen circumstances. Thank you Sarochin and Mr Veerapol!

Perfect location for stopovers en-route to Chiang Mai/Rai; also ideal centre for visits to Mae Sot (Myanmar border), Bhumibol Dam & National Parks in Phitsanulok, Kamphaeng Phet & Sukhothai. Numerous riverside restaurants alongside the River Ping provide high quality food Rooms are comfortable & clean - water and tea/coffee making available. Excellent WiFi. Breakfast offers Thai options (no English/US option - thank goodness) Car parking is withing the hotel and is safe & secure. Staffed 24/7 by friendly personnel. My wife spoke to them mostly as English a little limited but can communicate reasonably well We have stayed here 4 times and recommend as a good value for money hotel.

We were the 1st occupants after a major renovation. Bedsheets and pillow cases were dusty, and one of the pillows was badly stained. We requested to change the pillow and a fresh bedsheet to cover the dusty one and it was quickly done but not a fresh pillow. Also requested for a fridge. We busted more than 10 mosquitoes probably due to renovation when the door was opened. The breakfast was simple with rice porridge and slice bread with strawberry jam, but without butter. For the price we paid, not coming back to this place again.

My stay here for 3 nights was nice and peaceful. The reception was helpful at check in. The location was good just down a quiet street off the highway. There is plenty of food around to walk to and 7eleven around the corner. Wifi was good and rooms were clean with a balcony.

Well located if by car. Has a parking. Rooms are spacious and consist of the room, a living room with kitchen and bathroom. There is a lot of space and 2 TVs. It is clean and there is also a kettle and a fridge.

The hotel is clean and rooms are big. House keeping is good and front desk staffs are ok. The breakfast is good. The aircon is not so noisy like other hotels that I had experienced. The bed is really big and they give two pillows(one soft and one hard) which is good for people like me who are picky about pillows. There are many mini marts and 7-11 nearby so it’s quite convenient. The restaurant is a bit pricey but food are nice. German style pork knuckle and grilled river prawns are good. The gym is quite decent. Overall this hotel made us worth the stay and enjoyable. Would still again there if we go there in the future

The room is new and very clean. Everything is perfect except it's located on Highway Road. This hotel will be great if you come with your own vehicle. Otherwise, it is a bit far from the city center and a bit difficult to go on foot since Mae Sot doesn't have pavement in some area and is not comfortable walking.
