The location is a bit odd but convenient if you want to be close to the airport. The staff could be more friendly, I guess they are underpaid 🥲 The food is subpar, not many options for vegetarians. The receptionist became more kind on my 2nd day and let me have a free late check out. It’s somewhat a good value for the price ^^

Very near Suvarnphumi Airport. I’m arrived Thailand on late night. Good location and nice staff. They need to get deposit by cash around 1000THB. So you need to take some cash go.

Had to say they fulfilled my requirement of getting a room on the top floor of the building, which was a nice touch of nature, and you will get a wake-up call from birds Singing every morning outside of the balcony. It is not the biggest accommodation in the area, but you will enjoy a nice view of the city, including friendly service, the room is very clean and comfortable. Quick check in, The hotel consists of four separate, adjoining buildings, the rooms are large, bright and spacious beyond the standard, well equipped, toilet and shower room is bit cramped but quite comfortable, there was no hot water, probably the water heater didn’t work well. Anyway , the bed was wide and really comfortable , excellent air conditioning. the room has a kettle and cups and a coffee and tea set, I think the room is worth more than the price required, the hotel offers a shuttle to the airport by pre-order and in the blackness ...

Hotel is clean and nice, and is attached to a main hotel 100 meters down the road. Nice area to stay in if you want to stay in the outskirts of BKK.

I couldn’t believe that on Christmas Day I was treated to such a wonderful stop over!! The whole place was like fairy land and the food out of this world. The icing on the cake for me was the gluten-free corner… Beautiful bread cakes and goodies. Thank you for making the end of my holiday so special. This was my Christmas dinner

All very nice, good location for what we need but they may not suit other travels. Only only negative thing I'm not sure they change the sheets after every guest.

Bilik itu luas dan saya cadangkan menempah bilik dengan pemandangan lapangan terbang - ini adalah kelebihan yang besar! Saya duduk dan memerhatikan pesawat, sebagai seorang geek biasa seperti saya. Bilik itu besar dengan kawasan berasingan untuk katil dan ruang makan serta mempunyai bilik mandi yang bagus. Saya tidak suka mandi di atas tab mandi - hanya perkara kecil...pada usia saya, saya boleh tergelincir masuk dan keluar dari benda itu! Kakitangan semua sangat ramah dan membantu. Kawasan ruang legar sangat mengagumkan! Saya suka piano besar dan muzik yang disediakan semasa makan malam - tidak perlu pergi ke luar hotel untuk minum atau makan. Saya pasti akan tinggal di sana pada perjalanan seterusnya ke Thailand dan mengelakkan huru-hara Bangkok untuk beberapa hari yang menyenangkan!

I have stayed at this hotel many times for plane-spotting. Here at night from my room, I can even see a neighbouring dog sleeping from the toilet window beside the beautiful scenery of Suvarnabhumi Airport. In the morning, the haze is so bad that I could not see the targeted aircraft landing on the third runway although it did last week. I faced the backlight issue. I had to find an alternative site for plane-spotting. The staff are kind and helpful to arrange for me a return taxi trip to Bangkok Airways Operations Complex where I walk a few seconds to the plane-spotting site opposite the highway and managed to shoot some photos of aircraft flying towards the airport for landing. Round trip costs 250 Baht and the concierge is helpful to translate for me in Chinese the total price of the taxi ride. In the afternoon, there is no backlight and it is easy to shoot pictures of aircraft landing on the airport from the rooftop. I will stay here again if I need to perform plane-spotting in Suvarnabhumi.

Kakitangan pick-up berada di dalam Pintu No. 5 di tingkat dua Terdapat pagar dengan beberapa kakitangan hotel memegang senarai di tangan mereka. Cari kakitangan yang memakai baju atasan berwarna merah jambu itu, sahkan senarai dan kakitangan akan menghubungi , bas jemput hotel datang lebih daripada 10 minit. Ia mengambil masa lebih daripada 20 minit untuk sampai ke lapangan terbang kerana kesesakan lalu lintas pada siang hari. Sarapan pagi adalah sederhana, tidak banyak jenis, cukup untuk mengisi anda. Nisbah prestasi harga untuk penerbangan sambungan masih baik, lagipun, terdapat perkhidmatan jemput dan hantar lapangan terbang percuma.

房間很乾凈，早餐到10：30才結束，可以睡飽了起床，放個20泰銖就會打掃得很貼心。就是洗澡下水道堵塞，水下不去，叫了服務員來通完給了小費，電視機居然有很多cctv中文頻道。酒店旁就是Big C，買了三大袋吃的用的才300人民幣不到。

Very nice hotel, big en-suite with fridge and washing machine. Balcony oversee the 18th hole green and super easy access to the golf course.

The deposit has been cashed and locked for 7 working days after the check out , sending email to the bank ! unceptable! Considering all the guests how much money with this system are they getting in interests from the bank every year ? This is not common practice and probably not legal !

The location of the hotel is quite far towards Central World Shopping Mall, approximately 25 mins drive with additional 50baht to use the toll highway to avoid the traffic. Breakfast selection is variety and value for money. It is a bonus when staying at the hotel. Shower water pressure is low and needs to be improved. Overall, is a pleasant stay during these 5 nights with this reasonable price with breakfast complimentary.

Good hotel with nice service , Room is clean and comfortable to short period stay. Prices is good and reasonable for room nearby Bkk. A few minute drive to BTS station. location a bit into sub road , btw there are some 7-11 and connivence store near by. Shower a bit fit to use. Maybe problem if you are XL or require space. 😅

This is a great hotel that is out near the factories in Bangkok. It was perfect for a quick overnight and the staff were very friendly. The breakfast was delicious.

From the moment i left my shoes at the entrance, i felt at home, kind staff, real friendly owner, and helpful with my every needs, rooms are so beautiful and the salt water pool was so clean you xan almost drink it.

This hotel has great facilities. It just needs some love and attention. The pool was great, the gym was excellent, and quite spacious. There was no drinking water available at the gym, though. The A/C was switched off and hence, it was super hot when I entered the gym. The location of the hotel was the biggest problem. There were no shops or restaurants close by. It's far from the city and closer to the airport which we knew. The reception was very difficult to reach and had to inform them or call them several times to get things done. Even though, they say it's a free shuttle. it's quite hard to get any communication from the reservations for pickup from the airport. Then, the breakfast, it was quite average and there were just too many bugs are worms crushed to death by the customers walking around. it was quite disgusting. The fruit section was completely left open and bugs and fruit flies were lying on it. All they had to do was just cover them. Hopefully, they take this feedback constructively and improve.

商務出差，酒店樓下有一間小超市十分方便，酒店門口很多出租車，司機不會開天東價，酒店直走約2百米有很多小飯店。酒店早餐現點現做，早餐小哥態度非常非常好。

All in all, quite happy with the room & location. Very friendly staffs. I'd recommened.

The Lotus is a fantastic place to stay, and an absolutely gorgeous hotel, with an old school, wood clad interior. One can tell that it had some golden years, prior to COVID.Speaking to staff, local cab drivers and locals, they all speak of the Lotus in its greatness, and are saddened to talk about how COVID affected it. It is connected to a shopping center that is now abandoned. The court yard in the center still carries a sense of the Lotus's potential. Having said that, I'll say that the remaining staff do their very best to carry the weight of the big hotel, and sometimes struggle - but with a smile. The pool is absolutely one of its finest features, and is massive and beautiful. I read a review that there was no bar, or drinks available. That has since changed, as they provide beer at the pool and lobby, as well as a bar that is open most of the day. Excellent place to camp out in Chiang Mai!
