I stayed in room 503 room is to much good and clean comfortable bed clean and nice bed linen room is having good fregrence washroom flooring is also good piyu nagesh vikrant was also very good taken good care of us Nilesh and Narendra was also nice to us Mr.Mjai was nice guy kulbhushan and rochak given nice service by there guys given us memorable stay.Azaliya breakfast was good augustino and rudra was also very good

We had a one bedroom suite with a kitchen with sea view. It was very well equipped, with dishwasher and washing machine. Very comfortable bed. Very clean on arrival and cleaned every day with fresh towels etc. The hotel has excellent facilities - large restaurant area, gym and swimming pool. Breakfast choice was superb. It is very well located - short walking distance to the Tram (Palm Jumeirah station) and the monorail to the Palm. Most notably are the hotel staff who were always welcoming, polite and helpful -especially Main at the hotel reception who was very helpful when we needed a doctor

Amazing, clean, great location, great service, great view. Breakfast was lacking and basic but can’t complain because didn’t pay much for it. But if paying seperately, not worth. Otherwise 5 stars for everything else!

Pros: 1) Location is in the middle of Dubai 2) Near to Palm Jumeirah 3) Bikanerwala veg restaurant is 2 mins walk Cons: 1) Self-service during Check-in/out (no one to help with luggage). This might be an issue with old or folks traveling with infants 2) Not much in the breakfast buffet for vegetarians. We survived on Bread/Butter on all 4 days!

Hotel was east to get and close to Mashreq metro station. Soon as you walk in you can tell it’s a nice hotel. The check was quick, room was clean and large size. Hotel staff were very helpful and informative about breakfast and dining options. Breakfast was good value for money. Lots of options to choose from with live egg station to have what ever way you want your eggs cooked. Fried, boiled, poached, scrambled, omelette with different toppings. Only downside was there was an event on at the pool. So we couldn’t use it. They said we could enter the event but needed to pay 100 aed (£22). If not then need to go to other small pool. But was a good stay.

Furthermore, I cannot overlook the exceptional culinary experience provided by Anmol at the Feast restaurant. Each morning, Anmol greeted me with a contagious enthusiasm and expertly crafted latte customized to my preferences. His creativity and attention to detail transformed my breakfast into a culinary adventure, with innovative flavor combinations and beautiful latte art that never failed to impress. Anmol's passion for his craft and commitment to exceeding guest expectations truly elevated my dining experience to new heights. In addition to the exemplary service, the Sheraton Grand Dubai's convenient location added to the allure of my stay. As I was in town for an exhibition at the World Trade Center, the hotel's proximity to this venue was incredibly convenient, with just a few minutes' walking distance between the two.
