It was fabulous experience to stay here with beautiful view & fast internet m. They have a huge window to enjoy pyramid of you that was absolutely gorgeous and priceless. Rumour is a huge and clean. All staff were really friendly & trying to help. 24 hour convenience store is right next-door so I didn’t feel any inconvenience Not the mini restaurant nearby but very quiet and relaxed atmosphere Still breakfast has magnificent view to the pyramid

晚上十點多到酒店，十分鐘辦理好入住，第二天早上八點半退房的。酒店就在金字塔下面，去金字塔特別方便。酒店游泳池早上九點到晚上十點開放，從一樓陽台可以直接走過去。我訂的房間帶一個人早餐大概在2100元人民幣的樣子。酒店餐廳食物非常豐富，我因為衹有15分鐘吃飯，所以沒怎麼拍照，下次有機會多住幾天，不把自己行程弄的太趕。酒店前台邊上有一個ATM，一次最多可以取1000埃及鎊。酒店mini吧酒水有點少，兩瓶氣泡水被被我一口氣喝了。酒店入住時收50美金按金，退房時扣掉房間內消費內容退給遊客。小費給幾美金就行，我反正沒一次給超過20美金的。

WOW WOW WOW, is all I can say about this hotel, I loved my whole experience, check in is 24 hours and we arrived at 4:30am and was greeted by happy staff who were very welcoming. The pool is warm and open 24/7 it’s on the roof where there is a manned restaurant which is also 24/7 and the staff couldn’t have made us feel more welcome. We watched the pyramids at sunrise from the rooftop bar, the photos of the view don’t do it justice. Towels are provided at the pool. Also Hassan provides a great Massage by the pool. It was my sons 30th birthday and all the staff knew and stopped him to wish him a great day. They even made a massive cake and all the staff came and sang happy birthday. Everyone made sure our every wim was catered for. The rooms where massive and exceptionally clean. Its also close to a selection of shops and supermarkets. I honestly don’t have a bad thing to say about this hotel. I can’t wait to go back in January.

Vry good. Staff friendly especially the guest relationships lady from Europe. Staff is very friendly also. They provide free breakfast buffet and coffee everyday. The view from roof top is the best. Room balcony is dusty need to improve on that. Beside this. 5/5 Don't expect hotel services as this is only a Guesthouse. For a Guesthouse standard I can say this is good..

This was a really good budget hotel in a perfect location near the pyramids with a fantastic view from the hotel terrace. The evening light show is a great complimentary to a stay here as you can sip a drink from the terrace and enjoy the show without having to pay an entry fee. The menu is limited but quality really good. The rooms are small but provided with every comfort needed and fully ensuite.

The view from the rooftop of the hotel is amazing, but the facilities and cleanliness of the room are quite different from what you see in the pictures. There was no hot shower when I stayed there.

We just spent three nights in the pyramid view family suite, and an additional pyramid view room (with balcony) for our family of 7. The hotel was clean, comfortable, but most importantly, hospitable. The service and level of care shown to our family during our stay was phenomenal. I would specifically like to thank Taha at the reception desk for having boxed breakfasts ready for us this morning for our early check out. That was exceptionally kind of him to do for us without even asking for it! During our stay, we utilized the following services: Laundry, Hotel Restaurant (multiple times 😊), and even room service when we were exhausted from a long day of exploring! I am so grateful for the experience we had at Nozol with the wonderful staff. Highly recommended!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel 6 notti con mezza pensione io, mio marito e mia figlia di 9 anni. Già da subito l'hotel e Tamer, che ci ha accolto (l'unico che parla italiano e inglese), ci hanno fatto sentire a casa. Per quello che può offrire questa città l'hotel è abbastanza sopra la media. Buon cibo, pulizia e confort in generale all'interno dell'hotel. La zona è quello che è, molto povera e sporca, ma com'è d'altronde tutto il resto della città e di queste zone... Ma una volta dentro l'hotel è tutto ok per quanto riguarda pulizia e altri servizi. Wi fi gratuito. Saletta ristorante e una bellissima terrazza vista piramidi dove bere thè, fare colazione o cena. Il personale tutto cordialissimo e sempre disponibile. Organizzano anche gite ovunque sempre con guida e autista, anche se sono un po' più care rispetto a quelle trovate su TripAdvisor. Nel complesso il prezzo dell'hotel invece è stato molto buono considerando anche la mezza pensione. Se dovessi tornare al Cairo ci tornerei sicuramente. Grazie a tutti voi ☺️

The customer service in this hotel is exceptional, you feel completely taken care of at all times. Mohamed Talaat the sales & Marketing Manager can arrange bespoke tours for you as well as airport pick up to the hotel regardless of what time you arrive. He also made sure we maximised our time there by keeping our luggage and giving as access to a shower before heading to the airport as we had a late night flight and had been out seeing the sites all day. He was always attentive to our needs and checked in with our guide during the day to make sure we were ok. Reception and all staff are welcoming and friendly and there is 24 hour security. The rooms are big, clean and new, bathroom is good too. The WiFi occasionally drops so be prepared for that but it’s not a problem as it does work properly when it’s back online. My only request would be for local food to be available on the menu, but in any event I would still recommend this place highly especially if you solo travel as a female as I did at the beginning of the week. Feels safe and comfortable a great first impression of Egypt .

The excellent review is primarily based on the service from the staff at the hotel that were very frendly and did their best to make us feel good during our stay. Special thanks to Abdo for the great experiance, and Mahmood for the nicely arranged day trips. The view from the room with a balcony is also great. However, there are plenty of things for the managment to upgrade in order to get a realistik 'excellent' review. First of all - breakfast ain't no buffet. It might see like a lot from a first sight, but 4 pieces af some kind of ham, 2 pcs. og cheese and 2 pcs. of butter is pretty much enogh for just one sandwich pr. person (we were two). There were though other food choices on the table, so you don't end up hungry, but after all the breakfast is all the same, so there is not variabillity .. There is only one choice of juice - orange. Coffee is paid separetly (we got it for free). Overbooking issues - on the first night, our room was not available, and we were transferred to a different hotel (far under avarage quallity), so we had to put up a 'fight' to get our originally booked room the day after. If you book a room on the last floor, be prepared from the annoying noice for table moving on the rooftop every morning around 6.30 am. The last two days, were pretty much a noice disaster, due to construction work, that in a normal world, should be done when the hotel has no guests.. After all i'd saiy you get what you pay for - we got it cheap, and that says it all :) A tip for other travellers: Always negotiate your price and never say yes to the first offer when it comes to a day trips, transfers etc. When you hear that it can not be done cheaper - keep pushing until you get the realistic price you want.

If you wanna wake up with a fantastic pyramid view then this is the right place, but don't expect much from the hotel, The guys at the reception will try to sell you overpriced tours to the pyramids that are absolutely not necessary, guides can't entry the pyramids, so you will have a person only rushing you around, just buy the 2 tickets in front of the hotel and you will be perfectly fine, uber works perfectly in Cairo.

Exceptional service, very comfy bed, views to die for. I found this hotel on ”booking” just before I was about to book somewhere else. I am SO glad I found it. It's brand new. Run by lovely people. I travel alot. The service was better and more personal than most 5 star places I've stayed at. The rooms are simple, clean and comfortable. The rooftop offered fantastic Egyptian breakfast cooked to order, none of this buffet stuff. And we enjoyed a simple but delicious evening meal with a free view of the Pyramids Nightime Light Show. One of the owners is also a tour guide operator and the private tours we organised with her, were just fabulous. These guys deserve to do really well. Also felt very sage in their hands. 100% recommend.

This hotel does what it says. It’s opposite the entrance to the pyramids and the view is outstanding. I arranged a pick up from the hotel and it was so reassuring having someone there to greet me. My room wasn’t quite ready so I was sent to the rooftop bar for breakfast. This was outstanding. Probably enough food for five people. I found the staff to be very friendly and accommodating. The room is fine. I never had hot water but I probably didn’t really need it. Would recommend

2022年12月31日〜2023年1月1日に一泊滞在しました。 カイロ国際空港よりUberで約40分〜50分、約200EGPで訪れることができました。 大通りに面しており、少し上を見上げると日本語と英語で書かれたホテルの看板が見つかります。入り口を開けるとエレベーターまで、神殿のような廊下が続いており、たしか「ハッサンへ　ようこそ」と日本語で書かれた看板が目につき、海外での日本語に安心感を感じます。 エレベーターで３階のフロントへ到着すると、新しく新装されたモダンな内装になっています。（私が宿泊した時には、オープンして半年程とのことでした。） オーナーのモハメッドハッサンはとても日本語が堪能で、2005年から日本人向けの観光ガイドをされていた経歴を持っています。そして、早速チェックインをし、部屋の案内と各所の説明をしていただきました。 ロビーやトイレ、バスタブ、屋上、部屋を含めて清掃が行き届いており、セキュリティー面も対策されていました。 部屋からは迫力のあるピラミッドが見え、素晴らしい部屋でした。また、日本人向けの仕様に作られているため、防音対策や大きなバスタブ、お湯不足対策の予備タンクを備えるなど、各所に配慮が見られました。 屋上からはさらに迫力のある、ピラミッドビューを見ることができ、部屋数は数組〜数十組分と考えられますので、邪魔されずに思う存分景色を堪能することができます。 朝食はパン、*焼き、チーズ、ハムとシンプルでしたが、私としてはエジプトで生野菜等はお腹を壊す可能性があるので、無いのは良い選択だと思いました。 チェックイン当日は前日のルクソールのホテルで食べた生野菜のせいか、下痢症と悪寒を発症していたため、オーナーに相談すると、おすすめの薬があるということで手配いただき、翌日の朝には治すことができました。上記にもある通り、お腹を壊していただのでバスタブで体を温めることができたのは何よりよかったです。 現在もオーナーは観光ガイドをされているので、翌日のギザのピラミッドとカイロの主要な観光地のガイドをお願いし、内容の濃いツアーとなりました。 エジプト初日のルクソールなどは個人で観光しており大変な思いをしましたが、エジプトではガイドを付けることが最良の選択であることをこのツアーで感じました。 オーナーの他に、もう一人日本語が話せるスタッフもいるため、是非エジプト観光の際には宿泊することをお勧めします。良き滞在となりました。 I stayed there for one night from December 31, 2022 to January 1, 2023. It took us about 40-50 minutes by Uber from Cairo International Airport for about 200 EGP to visit. The hotel is located on a main street, and if you look up a bit you will find the hotel sign written in Japanese and English. When you open the entrance, a temple-like hallway leads up to the elevator, where you see a sign that reads ”Welcome to Hassan” in Japanese, which makes you feel at ease with the Japanese language in a foreign country. The elevator takes you to the 3rd floor front desk, which is newly renovated and modernly furnished. (At the time of my stay, the hotel had been open for about six months.) The owner, Mohammed Hassan, is very fluent in Japanese and has been a tourist guide for Japanese since 2005. We then quickly checked in and he showed us around the room and explained each part of the hotel. The lobby, restrooms, bathtub, rooftop, and rooms were all well cleaned and security measures were taken. The room had a great view of the powerful pyramids. The rooms are designed for the Japanese market, with soundproofing, a large bathtub, and a spare tank to prevent hot water shortages. The pyramid view from the rooftop is even more impressive, and since there are only enough rooms for a few to several dozen people, you can enjoy the view as much as you like without being disturbed. Breakfast was simple: bread, eggs, cheese, and ham, but I thought it was a good choice because raw vegetables in Egypt can cause stomach problems. On the day of check-in, I had developed diarrhea and chills, probably due to the raw vegetables I had eaten at the hotel in Luxor the day before. When I consulted the owner, he arranged for some recommended medicine, which I was able to recover the next morning. I actually travelled October of 2022, but the system wouldn’t let let select that. I travelled alone to Giza for a few days before joining a group in Luxor. This hotel was wonderful. I wanted a place near the pyramids and I even had a view of them from my bed! I contacted the hotel before my arrival to let them know that I have Celiac and would need gluten-free food. They assured me that they could accommodate me, and when I arrived they touched base with me to assure again. Breakfasts were included and they made sure I had lots to eat (while sitting on a terrace overlooking the pyramids 😍.) I booked a tour with them as well and had a great day, they alerted the restaurant that we went to for lunch about my gluten-free needs as well. For my private tour, they arranged a trip to the museum, a perfume place, a camel ride around the pyramids, visiting the pyramids and the great sphinx. It was fantastic! Just be forewarned, there is no elevator, but they will carry your bags. The rooms are modern, very clean, and have everything you need. I have recommended this hotel to several people already.

اشكر كل العاملين فى الدور 26 و بالاخص الاخت مارتينا و الاخت سهيلة على حسن استقبالهم و معاملتهم و روحهم الحلوه و ابتسامتهم و العمل كان احترافي من الدرجه الاولي و احترافي و نحن نفتخر فيهم و هم يمثلون فندق الشيراتون ال 5 نجوم و الفطار كان جيد جدا و الاطلاله من احلي الاطلالات في مصر و هاكرر الزياره كمان اسبوعينن

Quite frankly, it is one of the best hotels I have stayed in Cairo. The rooms are very clean and the staff is very hospitable and deals with the guests. I felt at home from the kind treatment that I dealt with from the staff, especially from the internal supervision staff. I especially thank Miss Fatma, as she is one of the most helpful employees. I really want to visit this hotel again for this respectful and high hospitality

We have atayed here well over 15 times over the last 3 years. It is not the newest of most glamour 5 star hotel but certainly the best in so far as service, care, attention and the old style 5 star charm that Egyptian hospitality is best at. The hotel is NOT in a tourist area and is in the heart of Cairo so you get the real city with shops, kiosks and all the amenities within 2 or 3 minutes walk, The hotel breakfast is the best in Cairo and be sure to ask for Hela, she is incredible, The hotle that always fees like home for us - stay in real Cairo

Dit hotel was één van de accommodaties waar we verbleven tijdens onze georganiseerde rondreis. We hebben 3 kamers gehad 401, 404 en 405. Kamers en badkamer is ruim. De bedden zijn prima, de buurt is rustig tov de rest in Caïro. De kamers zijn wel erg gehorig maar wij zaten buiten hoogseizoen dus relatief weinig geluid. Pinautomaat is om de hoek. Het ontbijt was redelijk. Wij zijn gewend om koffie en thee zelf te pakken maar het personeel doet dat voor je. Belangrijk: het is er in ieder geval schoon. Dus als je een hotel zoekt in deze buurt zou ik deze gerust kunnen aanbevelen. Bij de balie krijg je een wificode, deze is een dag geldig en dan moet je weer even een nieuwe code halen bij de balie.
