Ulasan Amsterdam Teleport Hotel

The room was nice and spacious. The cleaning staff only changed the bed sheets and took out the trash, not our towels. The window in my room couldn't be closed tightly so the wind blew quite cold in the evening. The room didn't have a hair dryer as stated, I asked for a hair dryer at the reception but was told there were no available dryers at the moment. This was a bit disappointing.

Location is not bad. Customer service is variable. Would benefit from a renovation. Only recommended at the right price range.

Cleanliness was acceptable, and so was location. Bed mattress was much less qualitatively comfortable than the previous one in an earlier visit, so quality feels variable. Problems encountered during the stay were not dealt with.

Teleport Hotel brings the conveniences of a hotel with a relaxed vibe of a hostel together. The twin room we stayed in was very spacious, included a small kitchen and was cleaned daily. Bathroom was private, you only need to make 2 steps across the corridor to enter it. Staff was very friendly and accommodating, offering advice and sightseeing tips. Lovely chill-out area right in front of the hotel and unique wall paintings in each room make the atmosphere better. Teleport Hotel is not right in the city center, but the center can be reached very conveniently by train in 5 minutes (1 stop) or a tram (20minutes). In short, for the price you get a lot more than expected, and we would gladly stay again.

The stuff was nice but the bed was not clean at all, the bathroom has no water and no one is cleaning the toilet. The light and charge on the side of bed is not working, I have to use my own phone for lighting, with 80 EUR for only a bed wo thought any cover I am pretty sure u can find something better. I will definitely pick other hotel next time visiting Amsterdam.

The room is clean and spacious. Kitchen is well-equipped. Good location and free parking.

Over all quite OK, just the matter of the toilet in which flooded after shower and hard to get the hair dryer from the front desk 🥺

Good value for it's money. Room is big enough, there's all the necessary facilities and even more. Very good staff! Some negative: 1) very little space around the lower beds, watch your head! 2) no power outlet and light near your bed 3) beds covered with oilcloth - so you're getting VERY hot while sleeping, but the good thing there's no insects at all thanks to that. Good place!

The room was clean and stuff were kind. The common area was verh colorful and also fun to spend time with your friends! The location is really close to Sloterdijk Station which make it easier for us to go into the hotel.

Everything was normal.

Service was great. Effective and fast and helpful. Room did the trick for a quick overnight and local transport made it easy to get to airport and the center.

READ ALL: I’m a full time traveler 10 out of 12 months I travel out of the year I DO NOT recommend this hotel at all, for the same price you can go to the Hyatt. WORST COSTUMER SERVICE: Italian HOST woman received us in the worst way possible, being absolutely aggressive sending us outside because according to her we came too early ( it was 2:30 pm) , later we caught her going through guest backpacks in the luggage store room while picking up our stuff, she got extremely nervous and got defensive, last day of our stay she stormed in the room while my partner was naked and she started screaming at us for 3 minutes didn’t care he was naked she just kept screaming first saying we had to leave (when i payed for late check out) and then saying we had to leave the room absolutely clean or she was personally make sure “to charge us more”.. then we went to reception to find the manager and she was insanely aggressive to the point the manager of desk Christian had to take us outside and apologize thousand of times, you could hear her screaming like crazy and walking around cursing .. she is just a simple employ A HOST… but has nothing of a host SHE SHOULD HE FIRED, she has a terrible energy AND GIVES A TERRIBLE IMAGE TO THE HOTEL it’s insane . HOUSEKEEPING: since 8 am you will hear music, door banging and chats from housekeeping YOU CANT REST .

Excellent stay at this hotel. It's a little bit outside the city center but the tram/metro are a 10 min walk from the hotel. They have a free parking and th checkin process was very smooth. The room was spacious, although the bathroom was a little bit small. It looks more like a hostel than a real hotel but it was fine for me. I would definitely come again.
