Hands down the best location if you wanna be away from the center crowd but also wanna be close to pretty much everything. The staff was great. We got late for breakfast a couple of times and the staff was so kind to extend their breakfast timing just for us.

Excellent stay at this hotel. It's a little bit outside the city center but the tram/metro are a 10 min walk from the hotel. They have a free parking and th checkin process was very smooth. The room was spacious, although the bathroom was a little bit small. It looks more like a hostel than a real hotel but it was fine for me. I would definitely come again.

This is a largely self service hotel. It’s clean and well located. A short walk to the sites in the city. There is a geothermally heated outdoor pool in walking distance also. Olympic sized lap pool as well as soaking pools. Amazing to swim laps or just soak on a cold day.

Superb location, very new to the Amsterdam Centraal station and walking distance to most of the places to visit in Amsterdam. Just no kettle and tap water taste chlorine. Overall stay was really good, I’ll definitely recommend for 1st time traveller.

Great western Amsterdam is a very good hotel if you prefer to stay a little quiet area. It’s about 30 mins to get into Amsterdam central station and all the popular sight seeing places. The service provided by hotel staffs were generally very good. Room is spacious and clean also Highly recommended

Un hôtel excellent ouvert 24h/24. Déjeuner légèrement varié mais de très bonne qualité. Leur jus d'orange maison est excellent. Petit bémol lors du séchage de mes cheveux certains cheveux ont brûlés et j'en ai perdu. Je ne sais pas si c'était dû à l'induction du sèche cheveux qui était trop forte je tiens à préciser que je me suis coiffer avec une brosse métallique en me fesant un brushing. Mon commentaire n'est pas négative c'est juste un fait qui s'est passé et qui de plus n'est peut-être pas de leur faute mais je tenais à le préciser quand même. Sinon je recommande cette hôtel à 100 % notre chambre fesait 12m carré un peu petit mais en vrai ça passe c'est pas trop petit non plus sauf pour les personnes qui aime l'espace. Chambre idéale pour dormir mais moins idéale pour y rester en journée vu la grandeur.

Absolutely wonderful, the best hotel I stayed in in Amsterdam. Wonderful staff who were very accommodating, free drinks and snacks in the room, a bathtub and hair dryer, and even a decent view. Location is good, you can use the tram to get anywhere for cheap. The staff held onto my bags after checkout for no charge. My only complaint is that I booked a room with one bed, but they pushed two little ones together.

This hotel was in a very good location with very friendly helpful Reception staff. The bedroom was a quirky shape. We slept with the window open and could hear the trams right outside with clanging bells but I loved it and it didn’t stop either of us sleeping. Breakfast was downstairs so there was no natural light but the room was bright and predominantly white with red touches and various coloured tulips on tables. The decor was typically Dutch with pictures of bicycles on one wall and behind the modern, efficient coffee machines was a blue Delft style tiled wall but it was a pity that most of it was covered up by the buffet display unit. The buffet, offered a good variety, including hot dishes.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights for a long weekend in September. The first criteria of choice for me is always the cleanliness: I must say very good. We found a very kind and friendly staff . The location of the hotel was top. Close to the central streets of Amsterdam, but away from the hustle and bustle. We have always walked around to enjoy the city. Not very large room, but perfect for exploring Amsterdam (we just needed a place to sleep; during the day we were always out). The result was a good value for money. If I’ll come back to Amsterdam, I would most likely to stay at this hotel again. _____________________________________________________________________________________________ Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel due notti per un weekend lungo a settembre. Il primo criterio di scelta per me è sempre la pulizia: devo dire ottima. Abbiamo trovato uno staff gentile e cordiale. La posizione dell’hotel è top. Attaccato alle vie centrali di Amsterdam, ma fuori dal ******. Abbiamo girato sempre a piedi per goderci di più la città e l’atmosfera che si respira. Camera non molto grande, ma perfetta per andare alla scoperta di Amsterdam (a noi serviva giusto un appoggio dove dormire; durante la giornata eravamo sempre in giro). Il risultato è stato un rapporto qualità-prezzo buono. Se dovessi tornare ad Amsterdam, molto probabilmente ritornerei in questo hotel.
