No car accessibility… good villa and rice fields nearby…..! Tasty and fresh breakfast!!

Feel very comfortable and relax Very nice

It was a lovely and quiet place. Padi fields all round. Friendly staff and though near main shops and eateries, we need to walk about 10 to 15 minutes to the main road. However the place provides transport via scooters to and for to the main road. Food was good and we have breakfast bases on a set menu to choose from. The only issue was the lizards and flies. You should expect this in any of such nice places.

All the hotel staff was very kind and thoughtful. Excellent service was guaranteed all the time. The circumstances was very peaceful and lovely. Unforgettable stay.

Good hotel with rice fields view, big space, nice pool, just if u need go by car car can’t go up, need contact driver and meet somewhere down In parking lot. Everything else is amazing

大好きな場所で今回が4回目のステイトなりました。 お部屋に入ったらWELCOMEフラワーがマネージメント部から届いてとても豊かな気持ちになりました。 バリ２回目と初めてのお友達といっしょに泊まりましたがとても喜んでもらえて嬉しかったです。 雨季は雨季のよさがある。雨季でもThe samaraで滞在ならとてもいい時間を過ごせますよ。 フレンドリーなスタッフ皆様に感謝しています。ありがとう。

飯店人員都很客氣，房間環境都很美，早餐尚可，選擇種類還好，適合放空或想思考下一步的旅客入住，而且要入住的旅客要有心理准備，因為汽車到不了飯店，所以入住前需要聯絡Villa的人員接送，搬行李箱不合適，覺得比較適合背背包入住，不然下雨時會很狼狽；每次出門都需要他們接送到烏布皇宮附近，有帶小孩的會比較不合適啦😅。

非常棒的入住體驗。我們定的是雙卧室泳池別墅，別墅就在田野中，景觀很美。夜晚很安靜，可以欣賞星空。酒店的早餐也很好，每天有免費下午茶。除了出入酒店需要乘坐摩託車有點不方便，其他一切都很完美。

What a fabulous stay. Our room was amazing with the pool right out the front of it. Felt like our own private pool. Very comfy bed and the bathroom etc was neat and tidy. All staff were so friendly and keen to offer help with anything. Free afternoon tea was a bonus. Brekky was delicious. Location amazing. Only a 10 minute walk into town or complimentary bike ride in. Also a good amount of great Warungs in the area.Would definitely recommend

Family of 4 returning for 1st time since covid(3 yrs). Dealt directly with Rusma for booking and communication was faultless. Cannot recommend this piece of paradise highly enough. Stayed in 2 bedroom pool villa which we found wonderful due to privacy,peacefulness and outlook to rice fields. The best part of Samara Villas is the staff. So helpful and nothing is a drama. My young girls loved the motorbike trips into and out of the main Ubud area. Please,if you want quietness in a beautiful surround but close to hustle and bustle......look into this accommadation.

Excellent place to stay in a beautiful location amongst the rice paddies outside of Ubud. Staff are really friendly and helpful and the accommodation were comfortable and clean. Couldn’t have asked for anything better! They even drive us down to the main part of town on the back of their motorcycle whenever we needed to go.

I cannot say enough positive things about this family-operated gem of a hotel!. I stayed at The Samara for two weeks and was very impressed by all aspects of the hotel. -It's extremely well located, tucked into lush rice fields just north of the center of Ubud, close enough to get to town in a few minutes on a scooter but far enough away from the hustle and bustle to feel quiet and serene. The only noise at night was that of the frogs and crickets chirping softly in the background. - The hotel provides guests with a cell phone to be used to call for a scooter pick up in town or you can walk through a lovely street full of small shops and houses and then beautiful rice fields if you prefer. -The pool was beautiful and well maintained, as were the rooms. The outdoor shower attached to the bathroom was great and very private. And the landscaping and the overall layout of the hotel, rooms and lobby were clearly well thought out and beautifully designed. -The hotel is small, which made it easy to meet and chat with other guests. -As a female traveling alone, I felt very safe and well cared for. I felt the owners and staff genuinely cared about my well-being and were exceptionally kind and helpful. - Such gracious service! The staff could not have been friendlier or more professional. They patiently answered all our questions (easiest way to get around, arranging for taxi drivers, restaurant recommendations, etc.) and accommodated requests both small and large. I would highly recommend this lovely and charming hotel to anyone and hope to have the opportunity to stay there again in the future!
