Interesting hotel in the heart of Ubud. We booked the suite which was very authentic and had a gigantic bath tub.

バスタブのお湯が出なかった。 シャワーは2つあり、1つは屋外にあります。 どちらも一度ベッドルームにアクセスする必要があり、プール利用後に使用しづらかったです。 朝食のフルーツが美味しかった。

お湯が出なくなっても、深夜だったからか対応が遅く大変困った。泥水ガイザー出るので、歯磨きにミネラル水を持ってきて凌いだ。次の朝に修理の方々が来て、お湯が出るまで待ってようやくシャワーできた。 別の部屋でシャワーを提案されたが、部屋の鍵が開いてなく入れず、チェックアウトでフロントの方に今回のことを話したが全く伝わっておらず、苦情を言って謝ってくれたので、 せっかくの旅行がイライラ募って残念でした。 ホテル、部屋はとてもバリのイメージ通り良かったです。

arma是我們從2017年開始每年去烏布都會住的酒店，這次是疫情之後第一次去住，花園還是一如既往的美，但是設施和服務都明顯退化了。 房間陳舊，洗護用品換了，感覺很廉價，不是以前那種裝在小瓷瓶裏散發著香茅氣味和熱帶風情的味道。 早餐也簡陋了很多，沒有以前豐富了。 原來的shuttle bus現在也沒了。 疫情的打擊還是很明顯的，希望Arma能越來越好。

一定要定別墅，一定要定別墅。我相信，即使是在烏布，論環境也無出其右的酒店了。非常喜歡，以至於我們從科莫多島回來後，又在這裏住了一晚上，加了一天峇裏島行程，就是為了住這裏。酒店的員工非常走心，安排了小卡片和鮮花歡迎。非常棒，除了設施稍微有點老舊，其他沒話説。小泳池可以玩一天，拍一天。

We are really pleased with our stay. We love the place and the ambiance of the resort. The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. Our 2 day stay in Ubud was really memorable. We even had an opportunity to chat with the owner, Agung Rai, a very amazing man. He was able to capture what Bali is all about. The manager, Dito is so accommodating and welcoming ❤️ The resort is not for everyone because of the set up of the rooms (no elevator and lots of steps to go to the rooms) but for us it was perfect. So thankful that we are still strong and able to explore the beauty of the resort. Thank you from the bottom of our heart ❤️ We hope that Arma Museum Resort will bring joy to whoever visit.

One of a kind experience in this resort with such privacy and service and unique stunning location.Our pool villa had a huge pool and spaciuos villa. also on site great thai restaurent. Loved seen so much off nature here.The provide free afternoon tea/coffee at the onsite musium inthe afternoon and many other benefits for guests such as free entry to museum.

We stayed 11 nights in the Superior Villa 101, set further back on the property away from the busy streets and next to a rice paddy. We loved the natural beauty and gardens, as well as the vibrant wildlife – squirrels, frogs, geckos, monitor lizards, and all variety of birds and butterflies. The private pool was a definite highlight. The staff were wonderful – warm, helpful, and attentive. The on-site art museum was great, and meeting some of the artists was inspiring. If you’re keen on experiencing traditional Balinese culture, this is a great place to stay, as the resort integrates art, culture, and Balinese hospitality beautifully. Breakfast was good, offering a mix of Asian and Western options. The only downside was the interior of the villa which could do with some refurbishment. The furniture cushions and curtains were noticeably old and stained (we used towels to cover them before sitting on them) and there was a persistent musty smell in the room likely from the patched thatched roof. If you’re someone who doesn’t enjoy sharing your living space with insects, frogs or geckos, or if sleeping under a dusty mosquito net isn’t your idea of a relaxing night, this may not be the place for you. Despite this, the charm of the gardens and the incredible staff made our stay relaxing. For nature and culture lovers seeking a rustic retreat, Arma Resort has a lot to offer.

The natural beauty surrounding the property was captivating, with vibrant wildlife including squirrels, frogs, monitor lizards, snakes, geckos, and a variety of birds and butterflies. The private pool was a standout feature. The staff were absolutely wonderful – warm, helpful, and attentive. The on-site art museum was excellent, and meeting some of the artists added a personal touch. If you’re keen on traditional Balinese culture, this resort blends art, culture, and hospitality beautifully. Breakfast was enjoyable, with a good mix of Asian and Western options. The location is also very convenient. There’s a shop across the road, as well as a doctor and chemist within a short walking distance. One entrance to the property opens directly onto the main street lined with fantastic restaurants, such as Seeds, Merlins and Soul Bites (one of our favourites). The villa interior, however, needs some refurbishment. The furniture cushions and curtains were old and stained, and a persistent musty smell meant we had to buy air freshener for the room. Sharing your space with insects, frogs, and even large geckos might not suit everyone, and sleeping under a mosquito net is part of the experience. Personally, I loved the sounds of the chirping geckos at night! Despite these issues, the stunning gardens, incredible staff, and cultural charm made for a relaxing stay. Arma Resort is a great choice for nature and culture lovers seeking a rustic retreat in a prime location.

The resort staff were the friendliest and we had the best scrub and massage in the resort. The resort was like an oasis surrounded by lush greenery/paddies in the middle of the Ubud city. We were able to truly relax and take it all in. They also surprised us with a bouquet of flowers and cake for my husband’s birthday which was really sweet.
