Hotel Beijing dengan Spa

Great location, the hotel is within Gubei Water Town. It is a short walk to Simatai great wall cable car and to the main area of the water town. Room was clean and comfortable except that it didn’t have air condition. Called the front desk and was told we’ll have to open the windows. We went in October so it was chill at night. Breakfast spread was amazing, there was so much options. It’s slightly pricey, but you pay for what you get.

I had an incredible experience at Sofitel Beijing. The rooms are spacious and clean, and I especially loved the spa-like bathtub. My children enjoyed soaking in it after a long day of exploring the streets of Beijing. The hotel is located in a great area with plenty of delicious food options nearby, and the train station is just a short walk away. Jackie at the front desk was extremely helpful and made our stay enjoyable. Thank you, Sofitel Beijing, for making our vacation so memorable!

Really love our stay in Grand Hyatt Wangfujing! We love the newly renovated room (and yesss the toilet has bidet!) and they have speaker too, the breakfast is superb (a lot of choices and it’s delicious), and the concierge team especially Cecilia is the best! She is really helpful in answering our enquries, finding our things that we bought online, help us make reservation at the restaurant, telling us how to go around by foot (forbiden city is around 15 mins walk) and she speaks a good english. Will stay at this hotel again when we go to Beijing next time!

I had the best stay at this resort. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. As a foreigner sometimes you get anxiety communicating with front desk personnel’s but the two ladies at the front desk made it so easy and comfortable for me. She even came to my room to ask for my WeChat for Better communication of my needs during my stay. I will definitely be back. The environment is calm, the room is clean and it’s a perfect staycation or baecation. 10/10 would recommend.

I used to stay her regularly before the pandemic and have not been here in a long time. Glad to see they are able to uphold their quality and service. Wonderful experience. Good price for this seat !! Will stay here again when in Beijing !

This was a very nice hotel as far as service goes. The room was not impressive and not worth the splurge. You can get much nicer rooms for 1/2 the cost. I believe you are paying for the name of the Waldorf.

I had a great stay during a business trip. My room was spacious and its position on the corner meant it was quite sound proof. I rarely get consecutive good night sleep at business hotels in China but this was the exception. Attentive staff who even brought an iron and an ironing board to my room at midnight when I released I didn’t have one in the room. It’s close to downtown Beijing which can be accessed by the Sanyuanqiao station. It’s about a 10 min walk from the hotel, a little complicated because you have to go under an underpass. Just follow your map and you’ll get there in no time. Taxi is also really easy and can pick you up from the front door. They also have a waimai cabinet for Meituan, so your deliveries will go there.

很滿意。園景很美。服務尤其好。基本上每一位服務人員都很熱情。餐廳就餐體驗不錯。用餐的人不多，但服務依然很到位。可能因為就餐人數不多，所以早餐不是自助，是餐廳給安排的中西餐點，品種很豐富，基本吃不完。兩天的早餐品種還不太一樣，有變化，做的挺有誠意的。期待再刷。對了，看了恆温泳池，感覺也不錯。這次沒帶裝備。不過園子裏太適合跑步了。是個放鬆度假的好去處。

在文華度過了九天，每一個服務生親切的笑臉，貼心的服務，都給我們留下了太過美好的回憶，每一個細微的小需求都有被照顧到，這就是文華的魅力吧，特別感謝Nana經理對我們的無微不至的關懷，讓我們每天回到房間都有小驚喜，被寵愛的感覺真的太感動了，負責賓客關係的Cassie在入住期間不厭其煩的幫我們處理了非常多的個人事務，態度非常友好，幫了我們很大的忙，前台的Aimyon以及禮賓部的William親切的笑容和熱情的服務，讓我們倍感賓至如歸，早餐廳的Jack非常熱情，在得知我先生去醫院看眼睛之後每天還送上特色烹飪的胡蘿蔔，太暖心了，每天看到他就能開心的開啟新的一天，以及幫我們幾次搬運行李的Gemini，工作認真態度親切温柔，除了這些能叫出來名字的同事，其他的每一位服務人員在教導我們都會親切問好，文華真的是遙遙領先！感謝你們給我們帶來的美好回憶！
