Eine sehr schöne Anlage direkt am Strand. Essen war sehr gut für jeden etwas dabei.. im Großen und Ganzen waren wir sehr zufrieden mit allem würden definitiv wieder kommen

Şubat ayında eşim ve kızımla geldim. Bu otele 3.gelişimiz. Çok güzel bir otel. Bu defa şanssızlığımız ısıtmalı açık havuzun tadilatta olması idi. Yemekler bol, lezzetli. Et yemekleri, hamur işleri, mezeler yeterince vardı. Özellikle salatalar çeşitleri boldu. Alkollü içecek çeşitleri yeterliydi. Personel cana yakın, samimiydi. Bellboy Frank Beye, resepsiyon görevlisi Deniz Hanıma ve diğer tüm personele ilgi ve alakaları için teşekkür ederiz.

Geçen sene tercihlerim sırasında geride olmasına rağmen seçimimizi sizden yana kullandık, otele adım attıktan sonra iyi ki dedim çünkü böyle ilgi alaka yoktu,eşimle harika bir tatil yapma fırsatı verdiniz ve aşırı eğlenceli ve dolu dolu geçti. İlk dakikadan itibaren hizmeti asla kesmeyen sürekli iletişimiyle yönkendirme öneride bulunan Aysel hanıma burdan kucak dolusu sevgiler . Teşekkürlerimi iletiyorum 🙏

İş toplantısı için mayıs ayında geldiğim ve 2 gece konaklama yaptığım otelden çok memnun ayrıldım. Konakladığımız zaman otel tam dolu değildi ve çok fazla bir yoğunluk yoktu. Ama biz her hizmetlerinden memnun kalmıştık. Aysel hanımın bize ve ekibimie gösterdiği ilgiden dolayı teşekkür ederiz.

Ailemle beraber bir haftalığına tatile gittim. Otelin artıları olduğu kadar eksileri de vardı. Biraz eskiydi ve yenilenmesi gerekiyordu. Havuzu çok güzel ge çok büyük. Animasyonda çalışan gençler çok güzel eğlendiriyorlar. Bir sonraki tercihim de Spice olabilir.

Big disappointment, we were there in 2022, really liked the staff and the team that entertained the guests, different programs, respect for the guests. Now the staff has changed. In September 2024, the staff was terrible, they don't care, even in small things, if you ask for coffee, they bring tea, the waiters do not understand English, they only speak Turkish, they do not even try to understand. In the room, in the bathroom, the drain did not work, black mold on the walls and tap, only after we complained, they sent a cleaner to wash off all this mold. After that, the cleaner tried very hard. Compared to 2022, the hotel saves on meat, they do not make barbecues outside in the evenings, there is no seafood, with the exception of mussels once. Invited Turkish singers who sang songs of world stars are a mockery of guests, especially those who have musical education and a good ear, it is impossible to listen, we had to leave the bar, where there are not enough seats for guests to sit and relax. Unreasonable price increase in this hotel and the hotel does not correspond to 5 stars. Once the safe did not work and we had to wait in the room for a worker, since they have to repair in the presence of the guest, we were wasting time that we could have spent on the beach. The hotel has a beautiful lobby, but the hotel needs to repair the rooms and sewerage, since there is an unpleasant smell on the B floor, even near the restaurant when you go to breakfast, lunch and dinner. But the beach, sea and sun are excellent. Thanks to nature.

Hotel is unique Morocco style, it smelled amazing in the hotel, fresh. Tasty food with a big variation, every day different meal. Good choices of fruits and vegetables.Big choice of cocktails, friendly staff. Animator Yasin is the best dancing machine who knows how to make good atmosphere. Andriana friendly animator who guided with activities, was very polite and helpful. Snack bar waiter Baran was also very friendly and attentive. Also our cleaning lady Begimai was very professional, she even did for us swan basket! Spa workers are professional too. In this hotel works a lot of good people who try to help in every need

A wonderful place to spend your vacation. Everything is superlative. I am an active person, here I found many activities that I recommend with confidence, including Paddleboarding with Nila, a thorough and very professional person who in a few minutes guided me in the secrets of this sport. I can also recommend the aqua gym and the fantastic spa area. Thank you Nila and thank you to all the hotel staff for this wonderful stay!

Hotel is absolutely beautiful it really is wow!! its very clean the beach is also beautiful with a lovely restaurant! Entertainment is excellent something different every day do not miss the night swim party great dj and dancers. Yasin is great fun and his dance moves are not to miss !! Amazing holiday did not want to leave . Belek town is a 5min drive away with shop after shop !
