Hotel 4 bintang Buffalo yang Popular

This is a nice, clean hotel with a friendly and accommodating staff in a great location. While I liked the hotel for the most part I do have an issue with the Marriott model in general as the rooms are small and lack a microwave and a work area. For a conference hotel that seemed odd. I also dislike that Marriott moved away from providing complimentary breakfast to a pay model. While the Marriotts are somewhat more aesthetically pleasing I still prefer the benefits of Hilton properties. Tried the brew pub (located on the parking level) with the group I was with and we all agreed the food was kind of bland-like you would get at a retirement home.

Was one of the best stays I’ve had anywhere . Currently between houses and Nan where to stay, I slowly move my stuff back to Buffalo. At least a few days a week and always stay at the Lafayette. It was just my first time there a few weeks ago and I’ve been coming every week I’m in town since. The building itself is absolutely stunning; Truly something to see in person. it’s absolutely magnificent. What makes a Stay itself even better, Is the staff. It’s a small staff and for someone who’s temporarily displaced they really made me feel at home they’re very friendly Very helpful and just have an overall pleasant demeanor Which really made this temporary Displacement I find myself in As I wait to fully move into my new place, So much more like a home than just a hotel room that I’m stuck in. Im a person who gets homesick very easily, And I haven’t felt even a little homesick or displaced since staying at the Lafayette. The staff is what makes a beautiful building, A truly great overall establishment. It is a very well ran, Incredibly clean, uniquely Decorated and Perfectly unkept hotel, and I 110% recommend it.

Exceptional! Wow! The Westin Buffalo is the nicest hotel we ever stayed at. We originally went to Niagara Falls but it was a horrible experience. I called the Westin Buffalo and from the minute Nadine took the phone call until check out we were treated like kings. This hotel is immaculate! The decor is gorgeous. Very clean. Great food and coffee. We plan to continue our stays with Westin for future trips. Thank you Nadine and all of the exceptional staff.

This is an absolutely gorgeous hotel! I have traveled a lot and this is hidden gem. People were all helpful and courteous. We ate at the Chez Ami and food was excellent as well as the dessert. The decor is elegant and classy. I would definitely recommend the Curtiss hotel. We received this as a staycation gift and really enjoyed it.

It is under renovation so it was pretty noisy and inconvenient. However, the staffs are helpful and friendly. The breakfast is awesome. I booked three rooms for our families and ourselves. They looked nice and clean. It was a nice staying.

Good experience in the hotel itself. However, I was blown away by the service I received from Phil Johnson, during the dinner on the night of November 4, 2023. He went out of his way to accommodate my dietary preferences, when there was no other option for me. He told me that the vegan dish that he made for me was his first attempt, and it was delicious. While I might be biased, I can say it looked way more appetizing than what the other guests were served! My hats off to Mr. Johnson, who also wouldn't accept a tip from me, instead advising me to leave a positive review for the benefit of the entire establishment. On top of all of this, he kept checking in on me, asking me about my dietary restrictions, and did this all because all of the chefs/cooks had gone home, leaving him to fend for himself. Imagine being so dedicated to your craft and your employer, that you sacrifice your own time and decline a monetary tip just to serve the clientele. I was absolutely blown away by this experience, and I do hope for the best for Mr. Phil Johnson.

Stayed here on March 16th. We were in town to attend the Journey concert. At approximately 5:30am, the fire alarm went off. It was a loud screeching alarm. We were advised over an intercom to evacuate the property. It was rainy and cold and we waited outside for over an hour. We were finally advised to go back to our rooms. After getting back to sleep, we were again awakened by the smoke alarm at 10:00am. We weren't going to go stand outside again, so we gathered our belongings and left the hotel. I sent an email to Marriott customer service asking for a partial refund or some Marriott points for our inconvenience. As of this date (March 29th), I have not heard back from them. I've been a Marriott customer for many years. Very disappointed in their poor customer service!
