Very comfortable night sleep, room was clean staff were helpful. Please note the lift is currently under construction so you may need to use the stairs, the stairs are not suitable for children as they have horizontal rails with large gaps. The restraunts buffet looked like it had a decent selection but we did not have it as it was $16each our two and three year olds.

we were able to'take an amazing photo of the harbor when we were living in the hotel, and I the breakfast there was delicious as well.

Beautiful location, clean and thoughtfully designed room and bathroom. The amenities are all provided and the team is very professional. Nearby Esplanade, cafes, Woolworths. Parking spots are often available in front of the property on the street.

The hotel is conveniently located but it doesn’t look like a 4 star hotel. I say it is more like a 3 star hotel.

Quiet and good location hotel. All rooms are recently remodeled with comfortable bed and a fridge. Room is spacious and clean. Big smart TV. Nice small swimming pool. WiFi connection is not very stable, on/off. Front desk staffs seemed nice. Overall a good experience.

本人對凱恩斯這個旅遊城市還是很喜歡的。作為一個旅遊城市，賓館的價格要略微比墨爾本相同水平的貴一點了！美居酒店的房間大小合適，衞生間略微小一點！可能是因為雨季的原因，賓館的wifi連接不好，我們自己帶的wifi也是信號不好。但是這個賓館自帶游泳池，和室外休閑桌椅，超級漂亮！缺點是按照名字搜尋，這個賓館竟然在Uber上搜尋定位錯誤，導致我們跑到希爾頓酒店去了。推薦按照地址搜尋。

整體非常好，價格也合適，環境很好，整體的衞生隔音也很到位，温馨，音樂等也配得舒服。前台廣州人員專業，地理位置好

第一間安排的房間冷氣壞了，後酒店安排番兩間房間给我們。反映酒店管理出了問題，為何酒店房間冷氣壞了也派給客人？酒店設施比較舊。但整體還是可以的。
